April 23, 2013 19:48:02 bertimouse   There are a few roads around town that are in pretty tough shape. The TOM Hwy dept has been just patching em for years&they should already know&tell here which ones they are.Just saying. There is NO reason why they cant report that in the TOM mtg.so that its on record,on line.
April 23, 2013 12:51:53 totaly confused   Me as long as my road gets the same service I do not care to talk to mr smith
April 23, 2013 12:41:41 me   maybe there are certain areas of state land roads TOM are responsible for, have you asked Mr Smith about this?
April 23, 2013 05:00:02 totally confused.   I thought that the highway dept. did not work on roads until May.Went through State land they are doing a nice job I hope the actual taxpayers get the same service as the state does.
April 22, 2013 10:21:14 Observer   Their = there :(
April 22, 2013 10:18:49 Observer   What has "fracking" have to do with the First Amendment? I have not seen anyone stopping anyone in Masonville from speaking freely about "fracking". Nor have I noted that "fracking" has anything to do with religion with the exception of those who worship money. I do not think the Town Boards failure to act on a resolution concerning "fracking" has anything to do with the right of redress of grievance against the government. Nothing has taken place as to "fracking" in this state so their is nothing to redress.
April 22, 2013 07:49:58 me   what, wish you had time to attend meetings they are very informative, just wish more questions could be asked.
April 22, 2013 00:40:36 what?   cunfused, I have posted it twice or more, some of the posters, 'posers' would rather complain and never show up to a meeting or click on 'current news'. I am not a member of the board, and I don't have time to go to the meetings, but it isn't hard to click on 'current news', or 'officially', for the minutes. It is easier to complain and cry (whine), and that seems to be the route some of the posters 'posers' on this site are taking.
April 21, 2013 23:14:34 cunfused   The list of 2013 road work plans have been posted on this board several times!!!!! Small crew equals spread thin to be on all roads, what road do you have issues with????
April 21, 2013 20:07:14 bertimouse   P.S. 1st Amendmnt-Protects freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and freedom of the press, as well as the right to assemble and petition the government,=Note the last One Yall. Petition The Government!
April 21, 2013 19:29:26 bertimouse   Very Interesting that TOM quickly appvd a Resolution number011 to oppose the NYS Safe Act,Yet still Refuses a Resolution against Gas Fracking. Both Orgs have No Plans 4 Legal Actions against towns proposing such. While the TOM is Resolute in defending our 2ndAmendmnt they STILL think=Clean Drinking Water, Air, Soil,Peace is NOT a Part of our 1ST Amendmnt.Really? Cowards All.
April 21, 2013 18:34:40 bertimouse   Im a CEO but no jurisdiction in TOM though a resident. Wont run till i retire lol a long way off.All small towns r feeling the pain-lack of state funds, etc.TOM does thier Best but should let folks know their future road repair plans more often instead of just reporting on what theyve already spent the coin on. Should at least have a road Priority List by now. Thanks&Nuff said.
April 21, 2013 05:52:15 resident   bertimouse if you are the CEO can you can my road repaired I havent seen a highway truck on it besides plowing and cutting trees in years.Hear you might consider running for office got my vote.
April 19, 2013 20:54:54 bertimouse   WE think about these Safety things-All The Time-and try to Enforce them(LOL)-so you dont ever have to. Get it? Saving Lives is Part of what I do Everyday. :)Thanks,TOM.
April 19, 2013 20:47:56 bertimouse   I am a CEO&resident of TOM tho have no jurisdiction.I AM One who Cares, knows&Watches&Volunteers&isReady when needed4Town Emergencies.I am one of the Silent(?}.Being a CEO is more Complicated. Many Legal issues.More Closely Involved these days with Law,Fire Safety,Ecological Depts now.Codes are changing next yr 2.CEOs&Fire Personnel are trained similar now for the Life&Safety of All.
April 19, 2013 20:24:05 bertimouse   A New York State Code Enforcement Officer-CEO-is reqd for every town that issues bldg permits in NYS.If the TOM issues them then they must have one.CEOs are reqd to be re-certified Every Yr w 24 credits certified by the NYSDOS,usually paid for by the Town Fire Dept budget because FD personnel needs similar yrly training&certs. If the TOM CEO is currently NOT Certified for 2012 then he has NO Legal Basis for Admin nor Enforcing Anything related to: Building Code of New York State(the 2010 BCNYS) Plumbing Code of New York State(the 2010 PCNYS) Mechanical Code of New York State(the 2010 MCNYS) Fuel Gas Code of New York State(the 2010 FGCNYS) Fire Code of New York State(the 2010 FCNYS) Property Maintenance Code of New York State(the 2010. Hope this Helps. Happy Spring! :)
April 19, 2013 16:25:38 Observer   If anyone wishes to see the American Gestapo at work all they need do is tune to any of the news channels on TV and watch the affair in the Boston area. Complete disregard of the citizens rights be they constitutional or civil. And, like sheep, most of the population is meekly going along with it. 8000 law officials and 3000 armed military is a tad overkill to look for 1 man. In recent years the constitution is important only when it applies to some politician or big shot.
April 19, 2013 15:05:57 looking   all properties are looked by complaint only, so if you have an issue make the call and stop complaining.
April 19, 2013 14:32:35 Observer   I don't know the code enforcement officer in Masonville but I do know that no matter how good or how vigilant the officer may be there is going to be someplace not to your liking. Just travel up Rte 8 to Rockdale or Mount Upton or pick any small hamlet. Everyone is not going to keep their property in the condition you may think they should. Plus, as I understand it the code enforcement officer can only act on complaints. He or she does not travel around looking.
April 19, 2013 09:49:23 concerned resident   joe has to be blind in one eye and cannot see out of the other
April 18, 2013 20:28:42 just a reader   If people have a problem with the code enforcer call him and report your issues and they will be checked out. Give it a try and see what happens, if not satisfied go to a meeting a tell the board of your concerns.
April 18, 2013 18:33:17 New to the board   I agree Joe is only here to take our hard earned tax dollars and only enfore at the least burden of his time. It's time to have a LOCAL CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER
April 18, 2013 18:11:05 JP   Concern Resident .. I think Joe reynolds is blind and deaf. beacuse he doesnt see or hear the tax payers ! or.. he knows and he takes his pay checks plus his kick backs from residents which doesnt obey the code enforcement. We shall get a real masonville code enforcer. kick old *CENSORED* joe to the curb.!
April 18, 2013 16:36:58 concerned resident   joe reynolds took the job to uphold the law and enforce it when needed .he went to school , we paid for the schooling . he gets paid well,he makes out well on milage compensation.the town is a mess, he is the one legally assigned to speak and act in our behalf. joe listen to the people for once.
April 18, 2013 12:25:53 spring is here   Feels like spring is blowing in today, maybe this will bring us the spring weather we need.
April 18, 2013 00:21:57 what?   Thank you again Craig DuMond, for speaking up for our Constitution and for the good law abiding gun owners in our great country! And thank you to our town board for publicly speaking out against Gov. Cuomo's assault on the Second Amendment to our great United States Of America.
April 18, 2013 00:16:01 what?   So many people on this site are so worried about their neighbors mess, when we are a country in a mess. Worry about your own place and be happy, is that so hard for us? To just be happy in our lives and not complaining about a few neighbors? I love my little town I grew up in, if you don't, you can move to somewhere where garden gnomes are mandatory.
April 17, 2013 20:32:58 AZUCAR !   I think joe reyonlds is getting paid by all those lord lifes with those broke down buildings and fire hazzards and an Eye sore to our white trash red neck tooth less people town. we need to kick joe out and get a code enforcer. and some one who lives in town not a another two town away.. thats my opion.! just saying . AZUCAR.
April 17, 2013 20:26:34 Old Fa rt   Just saying, there are a lot of old, broken down buildings that are a fire hazard, some one should get on those properties before a fire and some one gets hurt.just saying!
April 17, 2013 14:26:42 looking   Leave rt.8 alone and start on rt 206 east . East of Ivanhoe road on left, old barn falling down and house in disrepair, whoever owns this does not even keep lawn mowed. I think elderly lady who owned it passed a few years ago and now no one does anything there.
April 17, 2013 11:31:15 hello pot this is kettle   Nice to see nothing changes around this town. As soon as the weather gets nice the blow flies get out of their houses and start stirring up snit that isn\'t any of their own business and they certainly don\'t attempt to actually be informed about anything before they start flapping their lips. Do people honestly have nothing better to do than back bite on this silly board? Nothing to be thankful for. Lacking ideas on something to be happy about - lets try going outside. The sun is shining and it is a beautiful day. You\'re still this side of the dirt - that\'s a win too in some peoples\' book. And for the love of god, pull your head out of your posterior and try smiling. The world is a whole lot prettier once you wash the BS out of your eyes.
April 17, 2013 10:25:59 what?   Excellent article in the Daily Star today, "Sheriffs: New gun laws cost time, money." With comments by Craig DuMond. Thanks for standing up for our Constitutional rights Craig! And thanks to the 15 Sheriff's Associations,413 Sheriffs across the country, 8 in NY, (the list is growing daily) who publicly oppose Obama and Cuomo's gun restrictions.
April 17, 2013 08:28:18 Phoenix Motor Carriers ,Inc. phoenixmotorcarrier@yahoo.com Have a 26' Box truck. with Help for any Clean ups, Trucking , need to pick up something Large in a Stoe /Warehouse. I can Help.. I am 100 % Legal. and Insured. and Local. Email me @ phoenixmotorcarrier@yahoo.com
April 17, 2013 08:08:03 stop and think   If you do not like the way things are done by Joe Reynolds, code enforcer, have you called him and told him your complaints, he works on the phone calls, not by driving around and looking for problems.
April 17, 2013 07:49:53 long time resident.   Thinking no problem with the laws just the enforcement of these laws we the people are not getting what we pay for when it comes to code enforcement. Maybe if we had a Masonville resident they would take more pride in the town instead of trying to get more money out of the town.
April 16, 2013 20:13:34 fracking   regarding 4/14 post about fracking.. I think the movie gasland has scared alot if people, including myself. But after watching FRACKNATION I see what the purpose of the gasland was... to make Josh Fox make money. Nothing more. If he believed in his movie he would have been willing to speak to Phelim McAleer, the producer of FRACKNATION, when he confronted him numerous times. I think drilling for natural gas has to be something NYS should consider, but to not take it lightly.
April 16, 2013 20:05:50 thinking   seems to be we need to see a lot more people at the town meetings. there seems to be many unhappy residents about some of the town laws, so go to the meetings and speak up.
April 16, 2013 18:33:34 resident of masonville   I drove up Steam Mill Road today to look for the so called junk yard all I saw was garbage. Looked like a dump. Please help me understand why they are grandfathered in yet I cannot have more than 1 unlisened car on my property yet they have many and do not have to have a tax# that makes it a business that can be grand farthered in. Also where is the code enforcement office to regulate this. What are we paying for. Are all taxpyers reguired to follow the law are only the one he chooses. Are we all not equal under the town law are does it depend on how long you owned the property and how long your family lived here. Justice needs to be the same for all. these laws were voted in by long time residents but are only enforced against the few not all. That so called non business junk yard is a envirolment disaster that can bring poison to all residents. I hope that we can come to a educated and a binding resolve to this issue. By law of the town this is not acceptable.
April 16, 2013 14:34:09 Maria   My sympathy and prayers to everyone impacted by the bombings in Boston!
April 16, 2013 12:58:35 masonville resident   don't judge all by one persons actions. There are others in town that would probably do the job.
April 16, 2013 10:46:30 Observer   I hired a person to clean up around my place and haul some stuff to the landfill. He done half the job and I never seen him again. Left the place in worse shape than when he began. So much for local help.
April 16, 2013 08:21:22 just looking   spring is clean up time, everyone gets in on the action, even those who hoard garbage by their homes. Saw many out raking their lawns in the past few days, and the junk and stuff may be piled in sight, but they are at least doing what they think looks better. Let us all sit back and see what happens, they all may surprise you.
April 16, 2013 01:08:01 bertimouse   I Respectfully submit here that I suggest to say that Our Taxes would be Better Served and Spent by Improving Our Town Roads with someone Elected(?)who has maybe some more experience than our Current Town Hwy Super. Hes done a Good Job yall. Elect & Nominate who you will for this Position. NOT ME. NEVER! :)
April 15, 2013 22:52:15 what?   Maybe the code enforcement officer respects the citizens of Masonville who pay the taxes on their homes. Maybe unlike our current temporary President and temporary Governor, he respects the Constitution and Bill Of Rights in this great nation.
April 15, 2013 22:46:37 what?   Don't you feel better knowing your place looks 'nicer' than your neighbor"? Doesn't it give you a 'good' feeling? Can you imagine how you would feel if everybody's homes was just as 'neat'? Y'all would still be complaining, "his grass isn't even" "his garbage cans are not lined up properly", "their flowers are the wrong color for this month". Lets quit crying about our neighbors and start caring more about our own lives. Stop sweating the petty things.
April 15, 2013 22:07:43 old timer   pure and simple the code enforcement officer is afraid to do his job. unless he starts to work to make thing in compliance things will only get worse
April 15, 2013 21:15:46 Observer   Of course as the old saying goes, "One man's junk is another man's treasure."
April 15, 2013 19:12:47 Old Fa rt   I remember,1 or 2 years ago a notice was send to property owners, stating that front yards, back yards and all around the property had to been clean from junk, old cars must be registered or fines would be issued for each violations. My question is,what happened? no one is enforcing that, see lots of junk around, specially on RT 8
April 15, 2013 17:51:59 anyone agree   maybe all should look behind the ,clean, homes in out town and see how high the junk and garbage are piled. Some go to the landfill every few months and the rest of us live with the mess they make. Matters not whether it is in plain sight or hidden, or whether you are liked or not , garbage is garbage.
April 15, 2013 12:11:08 clothspin on nose and eyes closed.   What? that is not a junk yard on steam mill road that is a a dump drive by old furniture piled as high as the house garbage burend in the yard when it is against the law rats running rampet. Our code enforcement officer afraid to do his job( family Friend) he must enforce all of the code laws not just pick and choose. drove by looking for the junk yard permit with tax ID # none available so how does it become a junk yard or a business. I say lets move the garbage down town where evryone can see it and vote on wether it is concidered junk or garbage or just lazyness. I agree that we cannot and should not tell people how to live and keep thier property but I ask all of masonville to drive up the steam mill road and let me know if you would like this by your property. Have friends over for a barbacue and sit around and enjoy the smell the rats the beatuiful country air and the pig stye you call a junk yard bring friends it wont diappoint. And the board dont have the balls to confront the property owner maybe we need the dept. of health.
April 15, 2013 09:59:37 ???? looking froward for the Ice cream lady.   Any boby knows when the little old lady at the Ice cream shop off rt 8 and shears rd will open ???
April 15, 2013 08:39:24 watching   I think we have a good group of board members that truly care for the land. Maybe it is because there are two who are farmers and the other two have always lived here and know how important land quality is.
April 15, 2013 07:43:41 resident   confused it's management like nberti said needs to change.
April 14, 2013 22:45:52 what?   I don't know, I posted "with the exception of maybe one", I'm not going to say ALL of them believe in our country pursuing its resources if I don't know for sure, it could be the one I'm thinking is all for American jobs and energy, could be another one like myself and doesn't want it on their own land, but not against it, but I don't know so I can't say. That's all I meant by my post.
April 14, 2013 21:23:39 wondering   which board member says no?
April 14, 2013 20:50:46 what?   Yeah, the water in NY is pristine, they recommend no children or women of child bearing age eat any fish in NY, and there are limits on what everybody else should eat, check it out on the NYDEC website.
April 14, 2013 20:47:37 what?   It's a third generation junk yard on Steam Mill, I think it's been there for as long as cars have been in Masonville. I believe the town board, with the exception of maybe one, is all for Masonville tapping into its natural resources.
April 14, 2013 20:18:24 cunfused   to berti----whats the hwy. dept. problem??????
April 14, 2013 19:57:32 xxxx   What dump on steam mill?
April 14, 2013 18:12:32 For gas   To all. If you say that the town can't make me keep my property and home nice and well kept ,then why should they tell me I can't put a gas well on my property. The dump on steam mill leaks more oil, gas, antifreeze into the ground . That's ok
April 14, 2013 18:05:33 Observer   If our water supply is not contaminated by pollutants, Why is it we are told to limit the number of fish we eat that have been taken from NY waters? Why is it one can walk across the Hudson on the pollutants? So much for pristine waters.
April 14, 2013 01:27:00 what?   @ Berti, I used to be a NIMBY, but after further research, beyond all the hype, I came to the conclusion that we needn't be hypocrites, and NY could use the jobs and money.I don't want a drill rig in my back yard, but you are still exaggerating. You shouldn't tell landowners what they can and cannot do with the land that they have been paying taxes on for years. You shouldn't tell NY 'no new jobs'. Unless you are willing to WALK, or ride a horse wherever you plan to go, heat your home, water with wood (ya better be cutting it with a hand saw)or solar, don't use any electric unless it comes from solar or wind, and don't have anything plastic or manufactured items in you home, and that includes solar or wind power, no plastic or manufactured parts on them.
April 14, 2013 00:13:17 bertimouse   Gas Fracking needs to be BANNED in NYS. Millions depend on pristine water from our state which comes from sources un-touched nor disturbed from underground chemicals. Thousands fish our Rivers for Food&Sport. New York is a Strong State. My Dream:NO GAS FRACKING IN NYS!Wouldnt it be Wonderful if NY Just Said NO to Big Drilling for once,eh? We Have The People,Power&Presence to SAY NO!NOT IN NEW YORK STATE! :) Nuff Said.
April 13, 2013 23:49:44 bertimouse   Bottom Line? The TOM HWY Dept Requires Better Management NOW!
April 13, 2013 23:45:33 ol resident   i heard a there were actually some Masonville firsters seen at some meetings since the elections,so maybe some of you are mistaken
April 13, 2013 11:23:32 also thinking   think about it, glad to someone else can see that there are some people that ran for office in our town that really were not interested in Masonville, just in stirring things up about gas drilling and not in the overall picture.
April 13, 2013 08:39:03 what?   Republican Sen. Ted Cruz: "In 2010, over 15,000 felons and fugitives tried to illegally purchase guns and were turned down. Out of those 15,000, the Obama Justice Department prosecuted just 44.I'm introducing legislation to create a task force in the Department of Justice. We need to prosecute violent felons and fugitives. We need to go after them to protect ourselves from violent crime, and we shouldn't be stripping away the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms of lawful, peaceful citizens."
April 13, 2013 08:34:09 what?   Observer, you right, sad state, country were in. You will lose your guns if you go to grief counseling when a family member dies. People with serious problems will not seek help. Maybe this is what the Democrats want, gun laws restricting the rights of law abiding Americans, gun crime continues, and then they can push for full confiscation. Democrat Sen. Dianne Feinstein, working on Obama's gun ban bill, also worked on Clinton's 'assault' weapons ban (cosmetic bill) said "If I could have banned them all - 'Mr. and Mrs. America turn in your guns' - I would have!"
April 13, 2013 08:24:10 think about it   Good idea, hire part time help that have no idea how to do road work,( and yes the men need to have knowledge and ambition,) and people who have no CDL nor do they know how to run heavy equipment!!!!!!!!!!!! One good idea I have read on this message board is that people start to attend meetings and see how things are really done with out a lot of money. In case you have not noticed the ones who ran for office and were totally dedicated to our town\'s well being have not shown up for a meeting since they lost the election!! Does that show you how much they care or how much they just want to stir things up and then sit back and laugh. What kind of leaders do you think they would really be? I feel it is our tried and true residents that make good employers, employees and leaders!!!
April 13, 2013 08:01:46 cunfused   The Supt. of highways can spend the money fast on paving but the trick is to keep enough for the rest of the summer so not to lay off the crew. Lets ask at the next meeting if anyone wants to volunteer to be laid off and give them a bonus check to do so,saves money in the long run.Winter lay off would work if school could shut down then. Lots of ideas from all but nobody will share them at a town board meeting to see if at least one idea will fly.
April 13, 2013 06:15:51 resident   confused thats all I hear to then we need to cut the workforce to save money I think we should have a part time town crew this way we do not have to pay benfits and we can call anybody from the town to work as needed . So if we run out of money we do not have this massive pay roll. And if they want benifits they can go to social services as that is where all our tax dollars go.
April 12, 2013 11:14:16 Observer   Outlawing guns will get them off the streets. Look how well it worked with Weed, Meth, Heroin, Cocaine, etc.
April 12, 2013 10:53:15 Observer   PS - Don't forget the 2nd Amendment Rally to be held in Delhi tomorrow April 13.
April 12, 2013 10:37:15 Observer   Been reading about the fellow in Erie County who was forced to surrender his guns and pistol permit, under the NYS SAFE act, because he was taking anti-anxiety medication. In spite of the so called rules of HIPA someone got into his medical records and used them to disarm him. The NYS SAFE act allows almost anyone connected to you medical records to turn them over to the state if they believe you "might be a risk to self or others." So much for our constitutional rights. If the government is going to start removing a persons right to own firearms because they are taking anti-anxiety meds then half the country will automatically be disarmed. Anti-anxiety meds are very common and does not indicate that the person taking them is a danger to himself or others in any fashion. I ask when is this NONSENSE going to stop? How much longer are the citizens of this country going to tolerate the erosion of their constitutional and God-given rights before they rebel? It is not just guns. It is bleeding over into all phases of our lives. Even a illegal alien has more rights than the US Citizen. Too long to go into; but look up the law that was just passed in Colorado which essentially hands the power of local law enforcement over to the Federal Government. I was told by one of the long standing gun dealers in the area that many of the gun and ammunition makers and distributers do not want to ship into this state because they are not sure of the liability connected with doing so.
April 12, 2013 08:45:41 think about it   all that has been done to run our town has been done by experienced and knowledgeable people who have been long time residents and know how this town needs to be run. It is very important to remember that we need people in charge of things that know our history and know what works and what does not. Our supervisor needs the time and willingness to attend a lot of meetings and do a lot of research for us.
April 10, 2013 18:05:17 long time resident   the sweeper they purchased is to find the bad spots in the roads. the question is if they find some what are they going to do ? our roads are a mess and have been for years. who do think will do better? name please.
April 10, 2013 16:52:21 cunfused   In previous post I have read it seems all the moneys for road repair have been spent,it just won't go as far as it did in the past at cheaper prices. As far as military junk how often can the town MAKE money to keep our taxes down. Get a copy of the budget, they can't even but a new pick-up truck if needed. I think the last military truck bought was fot a couple hundred bucks with a couple hundred in repairs saving us(the tax payers)thousands. Seems like WHO! loves high taxes,
April 10, 2013 15:45:03 WHO!   Think about it not faulting the workers they are only as good as thier leader the work force is top notch their leader is draging them down. Can't wait till the election.
April 10, 2013 12:07:06 think about it   who-----maybe you should really know what goes on before you find fault with our workers!!!!
April 10, 2013 11:26:11 what?   Old Fa rt, just wondering if you are talking about the house belonging to the 'unofficial mayor' of Masonville? The house owned by one of the most beloved, longtime residents, community volunteer, helper, for almost a century? I believe she has paid taxes on her home for over 60 years, and been a resident for 85ish years. There is no garbage there, just junk, how dare you criticize how someone lives in our free country who has paid hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxes in her lifetime!
April 10, 2013 06:04:50 Who!   confused The nhighway crew is not using the equipment we already own just drive around. We do not need him buying equipment we need him fixing roads we all ready bought equipment that we do not use look behind the town shed. We need our roads repaired and he is not doing it. Can't wait till election time.
April 09, 2013 19:44:56 cunfused   so its a bad thing to get federal items dirt cheap, use it for a while, then sell it to save tax dollars.its a no brainer except for the ones with no brain who want higher taxes. hope to cee more green stuff soon.
April 09, 2013 17:03:00 Old Fa rt   Those buildings i mentioned before are just a fire to happen, especially the one on the right hand side going towards town,is so close to the road that a cigarrete *CENSORED* may start a fire, that place is full of junk, garbage, but noone cares

April 09, 2013 14:19:29 What!   I bet in NYC and NJ the highway supertendent does not flip milatary trucks they fix roads. Can't wait till the election.
April 09, 2013 12:33:20 masonville resident   Masonville is the most wonderful place to live and always has been. Maybe we do need a little supervision on keeping things cleaned up, but there is nothing wrong with that.
April 09, 2013 10:23:09 redneck   Yeah, if you want rats, go to NYC,NJ!!
April 09, 2013 10:10:39 WHO!   At least our roads will swept.
April 09, 2013 09:41:24 What you expect from MV ??   What do you expect from a red neck town in up state NY. ?? This is not NYC or Jersey..
April 09, 2013 08:05:48 okay   What--you may be right , but when it comes to garbage that calls rats and they travel to others homes they need a little encouragement to clean up.
April 09, 2013 07:40:27 what?   Their choice, it's their property they pay taxes on. Laws forcing people to comply with certain peoples ideas on how we should all live will lead us to mandatory snow plowing, lawn mowing, watering and fertilizing, heck they might even require us to all have garden gnomes or be fined! Live your life happy, don't worry about the neighbors, if you want perfection move to a suburb somewhere. We don't live in a commune, we live in a free country still.
April 08, 2013 20:45:26 me   code enforcement officer, Joe Reynolds , Walton phone, give him a call and he will respond within a very few days.
